By means of offer researches, inquiries and test bookings of “barrier-free” accommodations (with travel agencies and online) we check the quality of your services for people with mobility impairment.
In consultation with our customer we define individual testing criteria within the relevant topics:
- Diversity of services, presentation, quantity and quality of information, booking procedure
- We ask relevant questions (Online, Phone, Travel agency) for determining the reliability and quality of information of your employees.
- Hardware and services of “barrier-free/accessible” hotels and holiday homes.
You will get a written feedback incl. picture-documentation, identification of strengths and potential for improvement from stakeholder’s point of view.
